Health Coach

I help busy professionals turn evidence-based health principles into simple, sustainable habits that actually fit real life.

the problem

You already know what supports your health. You’ve read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried to reset more than once.
The challenge isn’t knowledge.
It’s time, stress, and consistency.
When work is demanding and life is full, health becomes another thing to manage — and often the first thing to slip. You don’t need more information.
You need a simpler, steadier way to apply it.

About Me

My perspective comes from both clinical and system-level experience in healthcare. I’m a physiotherapist and exercise scientist who has spent most of my career working in a major tertiary hospital in Brisbane, where I still practise casually.Alongside my coaching work, I currently lead health projects aimed at improving systems and outcomes across healthcare.Earlier in my career, I became increasingly frustrated by how reactive the healthcare system had become — often stepping in once problems had already developed.Through personal experience, I discovered that effective health doesn’t need to be complicated. By focusing on simple, evidence-informed lifestyle practices, I built a calmer and more sustainable relationship with my own health. That philosophy now underpins my coaching. While my ongoing clinical work keeps me closely connected to the realities of healthcare, my coaching focuses on helping people build sustainable health long before problems develop.Outside of work, I’m a father of three and a pickleball enthusiast.
